CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -
An 18-year-old man is behind bars, accused of raping a 12-year-old girl.
Elfegu Cifuentes, 18, is charged with one count of rape. According to Hamilton County court documents, Cifuentes had sexual contact with the victim on multiple occasions at multiple locations, including Cifuentes' home in Price Hill.
Cifuentes is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center on a $750,000 bond.
