WATSON, LA (WAFB) -
If
community members choose to incorporate Watson, it could be the next big city
in Livingston Parish.
A group
known as "Neighbors in Action" has been talking about making Watson a
city since last summer.
Later this
month, those who live in the area will get to see what the group is proposing
and give feedback.
The group
said with all the homes being built, it's clear people want to be there, but there
are infrastructure issues like sewage, drainage and roads.
The meeting
will be held at Live Oak High on Feb. 21. It starts at 6:30 p.m.
