GARFIELD HEIGHTS, OH (WOIO) -
The Ohio Savings Bank located in Garfield Heights was robbed Tuesday at approximately 4pm.
A white male entered the bank location, proceeded to the teller station, brandished a semi-automatic gun and demanded money. The subject is described as a white male, approximately 5'9", in his mid 20's, wearing a gray hoodie and black jeans.
Police say the robber was observed leaving the bank on foot, traveling east on Carpenter Road and may have gotten into a blue Mazda hatchback.
No physical injuries were reported.
Reward money is available for information leading to the successful identification and prosecution of this individual.
