Fugitive Keith Bush has turned himself in to Cleveland Police after hearing he was on the news.
Bush was wanted by the U.S. Marshals and Cleveland Division of Police for murder. It is alleged that back in May 2012, Bush fatally shot a man in the chest after an argument.
