MONROE, LA (KSLA) -
A plane crash Thursday near Monroe claimed the lives of the four people on board.
It happened near the Ouachita Parish Correctional Center. Our CBS affiliate in Monroe, KNOE, reports that the small plane was bound from Beaumont, Texas when it went down about 2 p.m. It was making an approach to land at Monroe Airport.
The plane was owned by Central Flying Service, Inc., which is based out of Little Rock.
