Stuffed Crab cakes from Cafe by the River July 21, 2004 at 11:45 AM CDT - Updated July 2 at 12:05 AM Stuffed Crabs Cafe' by the River Pre-mix: 6 slices bread (crumbled) 3 eggs 1 cup milk Set aside. Preheat skillet. Add 1 stick butter. Saute' one onion and 3 celery stalks chopped. Add 1 pound lump crabmeat. Salt and pepper to taste, plus a dash of Lea and Perrin. Stir in Pre-Mixed bread mixture. Mix well, then spoon into crab shells. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top of stuffed crabs and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
