An apartment complex has refused to repair a wheelchair ramp for a girl that was shot in 2007 on the Mississippi River Levee. The girl's mother got an estimate for the repair, but doesn't think the costs should come out of her pocket. WAFB's Cheryl Mercedes will have more tonight on 9News at 6.
