Corn and Black Bean Queso - Santa Fe Cattle Co.


2 1/2 pounds of white queso cheese
3 cups half and half
2 quarts of corn and black bean salsa
1 Tbsp ground black pepper


Cut queso cheese into 1/2" slices. Over medium heat, melt cheese with half and half. Once melted, add salsa and pepper. Stir to thoroughly mix. Serve with chips.
