BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -
Baton Rouge Police are investigating a shooting that left a 19-year-old man
dead early Tuesday morning.
BRPD was called out to the 5200 block of Washington Avenue
around 5:15 a.m., which is between North Foster Drive and Greenwell Springs
Road.
Demarcus Thomas was found shot to death in the driveway of
his home.
The motive for the shooting is unknown at this time.
Anyone with information regarding this shooting is urged to
contact the Violent Crimes Unit at 389-4869 or call Crime Stoppers at 344-7867.
Police are investigating a reported shooting in the 5200 block of Washington Avenue.
