BLUE ASH, OH (FOX19) -
Police
have arrested a Northside man in a drug trafficking incident after he rammed a
police cruiser with his car.
Blue Ash Police were conducting
a drug trafficking investigation on Hunt Road on Friday when the incident occurred.
According
to police, 19-year-old Kemual Davis Spivery was taken into custody after he
rammed his vehicle into a police cruiser.
Spivery
has been charged with two felony counts of trafficking heroin, three counts of felonious
assault on a police officer, a felony count of possession of heroin and a
misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana.
Spivery is being held in the
Hamilton County Justice Center.
