FLAGSTAFF, AZ (CBS5) -
Police in Flagstaff are asking for your help in identifying a man who allegedly assaulted a woman in a parking lot on Friday.
The victim told police she got a ride from a man who offered to drive her home from the downtown area. But the man drove her to the trailhead parking lot at Lone Tree Road and JW Powell Boulevard.
The victim said she was physically and sexually assaulted before the man took off.
The man is described as a heavy-set Native American between the age of 25 and 30, with 2-inch spiked hair.
If anyone noticed a vehicle parked at the trailhead lot from 1-4 a.m. on Jan. 18, they're asked to call Flagstaff police at 774-1414.
