KINGMAN, AZ (AP) -
A former Mohave County dam maintenance worker faces possible jail time and probation after pleading guilty to disorderly conduct with a weapon in connection with what was described as a prank.
According to court documents, 57-year-old Clifford Olsen placed another worker in a choke hold and put a gun to the worker's head while boasting he could kill the other worker at any time.
The Daily Miner reports that the other worker and other witnesses told authorities that Olsen seemed to be joking or trying to show off.
Olsen pleaded guilty this week under a plea agreement that calls for a 15-day jail sentence and three years of probation. He also must surrender the handgun used in the incident last spring.
