MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -
Montgomery Police are investigating the city's 6th homicide of the year.
Shortly past midnight on January 18th, authorities responded to the 4700 block of Park Town Way in response to shots fired. When they arrived, authorities located a male who had sustained a gunshot wound. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
There are no suspects in custody at this time.
The circumstances of the shooting are under investigation and no further information is currently available.
