NEW ORLEANS, LA (WWL-TV) -
A New
Orleans news station reports three people were injured during a flight that
left the Crescent City Wednesday morning bound for Chicago.
According
to WWL-TV, American Airlines officials said the flight encountered severe
turbulence during its decent.
The station
added the American Eagle plane safely landed at Chicago's O'Hare airport.
There were
18 passengers and four crew members on the flight.
