A crash closed both lanes of I-12 East near Walker for over an hour Tuesday night.
According to reports, a vehicle off the shoulder was traveling at a high rate of speed and rear ended a silver GMC Envoy.
The Envoy then hit the barrier wall in the median, flipped and spun several times.
A passenger in the back of the Envoy was ejected into the median. He was taken to the hospital, as was the driver of the car. Both suffered minor injuries.
