BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - Dustin Musso, the man accused of killing his grandfather in 2009 and setting him on fire was back in court Monday.
Musso was supposed to have another competency hearing, instead the judge set another hearing date in a month. Judge Mike Erwin had ordered two evaluations of Musso by psychiatrists, but by the time the hearing came, Musso had only been seen by one.
Musso will be back in court on Valentines Day, February 14. He is charged with first degree murder and faces the death penalty.
