BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -
It is unknown if the wet roadways are to blame, but authorities issued advisories about several crashes in Baton Rouge Monday morning.
The Louisiana State Police reported a multi-vehicle crash on I-10 East between Siegen Lane and Highland Road around 5:15 a.m.
Injuries were reported, but the extent of those was not given. It was cleared after 7:30 a.m.
Troopers said there was also a wreck on I-10 West at mile marker 169. It was cleared a little after 6 a.m.
Another accident happened on Bluebonnet Boulevard at I-10. It was cleared a little before 7:30 a.m.
A fourth crash was reported on US 61 at LA 73 (Parkview Baptist). It was cleared after 6:30 a.m.
In all four crashes, LSP advised drivers should expect delays and to use alternate routes.
