BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - LSU Senior Adrienne Webb scored a career-high 28 points and the Lady Tigers held Mississippi State to just 30 percent shooting, dropping the Lady Bulldogs to 0-4 in the SEC with a 62-42 blowout at the PMAC on Sunday. LSU (11-6, 2-2) used a 19-0 run that spanned the end of the first half and the start of the second to blow the game open. The Lady Tigers played without guard Jeanne Kenney, who is nursing an injury. Mississippi State (8-9, 0-4) made just two of 16 three-point attempts. Theresa Plaisance was the only other Lady Tigers player in double figures with ten points. LSU travels to South Carolina Thursday for a game with the No.18 Lady Gamecocks, which dropped a 42-40 decision to No.13 Georgia on Sunday.
