Bohemia, NY (PRWEB) January 11, 2013
On January 11, 2013, Yumi Media released a statement following a Ecorazzi article by Allyson Koerner, regarding the news of Gwyneth Paltrow releasing her own vegetarian-friendly cookbook.
According to the Ecorazzi article, “Gwyneth Paltrow is dipping into the cookbook biz again and this time around she wants to help others eat healthy and gain energy all at once with mostly vegetarian-friendly recipes.”
The article states that Paltrow’s new cookbook entitled “It’s All Good: Delicious, Easy Recipes That Will Make You Look and Feel Great,” is aimed at making people healthier and people on strict diets. The article mentions that the books inspiration came from Paltrow’s medical problems which included fatigue, anemia, and vitamin D deficiency which led to a prescribed diet eliminating caffeine, alcohol, dairy, eggs, and sugar.
According to the article, “An avid foodie, Paltrow was concerned that so many restrictions would make mealtime boring. So, she decided to make fun, easy recipes for herself and others.” The article informs that Paltrow teamed up with food writer, Julia Turshen, and came up with 185 delicious recipes.
Yumi Media commends Gwyneth Paltrow for creating a cookbook that can benefit peoples health and fitness. “It is really great when a high-profile celebrity gets behind the vegetarian lifestyle,” says Yumi Media representative Takara Licausi. “Another place to find delicious vegetarian recipes is at Quorn. Their website lists many tasty recipes for your vegetarian diet.”
