BURLINGTON, KY (FOX19) -
A Boone County man was in court on Wednesday accused of sexually molesting a 15-year-old girl.
Richard (Ricky) Fornash Jr., 32 of Burlington, is charged with rape, sodomy, sexual abuse, unlawful transaction with a minor and distribution of obscene matter to a minor.
Investigators learned the abuse began in July 2012 and ended in December. Fornash is charged with showing the girl pornographic videos, websites & images, and providing her alcoholic beverages.
Detectives served a search warrant on Fornash's home and car in January.
Preliminary indications are that additional charges are likely.
