CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -
Charges have been dismissed against an Anderson Township trustee who was charged with public indecency.
Kevin O'Brien, 56, was facing three counts after a woman said he exposed himself to her in her car after she gave him a ride home from a party.
However, O'Brien's attorney, John Issenmann, filed a motion to dismiss, saying the offense occurred at O'Brien's private residence and not in public, and therefore the charges should be dismissed.
Judge Fanon Rucker agreed, and dismissed the charges during a hearing on Tuesday morning.
