Baton Rouge constable sworn-in for third term

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - Baton Rouge Constable Reggie Brown took the oath of office Wednesday morning.

Brown is entering his third 6-year term in office.

He was first elected in 2000.

The constable's office is responsible for things like serving warrants within the city and maintaining the city jail.

Brown also announced his engagement to Gayle Boyd.

She stood next to him as he took the oath of office.
