BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - The wife of Alabama head football coach Nick Saban has purchased vacant land at an upscale shopping center in Baton Rouge.
Terry Saban paid $750,000 for nearly two acres of vacant land at Perkins Rowe, according to the Baton Rouge Business Report.
The land is located near one of the parking garages at Perkins Rowe and across from the "Charming Charlies" store.
The spot has been looked at in the past as a possible spot for a hotel. However, Terry Saban has not indicated what she plans to do with the land.
Nick Saban and Perkins Rowe developer Tommy Spinosa have done business together in the past.
