Champagne with Balsamic vinegars:
To make a Peach Bellini add 2 tablespoons Peach balsamic to sparkling wine in a champagne class.
To make a Champagne cocktail add raspberry balsamic to champagne and float some fresh raspberries in the champagne flute.
Balsamic Reduction for Desserts
Put any flavor of balsamic vinegar in a sauce pan over low to medium heat and sitr until balsamic vinegar thickens. You can drizzle over cakes to dress up any holiday dessert! One great combination is dark chocolate balsamic vinegar and red raspbery balsamic. Dirzzle over pound cake & dessert plate to make a pretty design and top with fresh raspberries and whipped cream! You could also add chocolate shavings too.
