A man is behind bars on Tuesday in connection with a murder case from 2010.
Bobby Grant was indicted on Tuesday for the murder of Rickey Lummus, 28.
On December 23, 2010, Cincinnati Police responded to a shooting at the Budget Host Motel on Central Parkway. Lummus was found dead inside the bar at the motel.
Grant was charged with one count of murder, weapons under disability, weapons in a liquor establishment and felonious assault.
