WESTWOOD, OH (FOX19) -
A woman was taken to the hospital after police say she was pistol whipped and robbed in Westwood.
Melissa Jones, 37, was getting off of a bus at 2520 Harrison Avenue on Friday evening.
According to authorities, two black males approached her and demanded whatever she had.
Jones said she didn't have anything to give them and was reportedly pistol whipped by the suspects, as a result.
It happened around 10:45 p.m.
She was taken to Mercy West Hospital. The condition of her injuries are unknown.
Police have not yet released a description of the suspects.
