MARSHALL, TX (KSLA) -
The surviving victim in this weekend's double shooting at a Marshall restaurant is now listed in "good" condition at Good Shepherd Medical Center.
28-year-old Lottie Langer, who is pregnant, was one of two employees shot Friday night in an armed robbery at Domino's Pizza. 21-year-old shift manager Raymond Gomez was killed.
The accused gunman, 25-year-old Eric Alexander Mills, was arraigned Sunday on a charge of capital murder. He is being held at the Harrison County Jail on $1 million bond.
Marshall Police dispatchers got the call at 9:55 p.m. Friday about a shooting at Domino's Pizza at 2100 Victory Drive. Marshall police officers, crime scene detectives, Harrison County Sheriff's Deputies and Marshall Fire/Ambulance all rushed to the scene.
Both Langer and Gomez were taken to Good Shepherd Medical Center, where Gomez was pronounced dead. The gunman had fled on foot following the shooting, but his image was caught on surveillance video.
Police released images of the suspect from the McDonald's restaurant a few doors down from Domino's on the night of the shooting. Police say that prompted a flurry of tips to Crimestoppers, and led to Mills' arrest on Saturday morning.
