EAST PRICE HILL, OH (FOX19) -
Police are searching for a suspect who fled from police during a traffic stop on Wednesday evening.
Authorities say a car was signaled to pull over for a traffic violation but refused to stop, and a pursuit began.
Police lost the suspect in East Price Hill after he fled on foot near West 8th Street and Rosemont Avenue.
It happened around 9 p.m.
A viewer emailed a tip saying several police were in the area on foot, looking for the suspect, in addition to a helicopter overhead.
Authorities have not released a description of the suspect, but if you live in the area and see anything suspicious, call police.
