BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -
Baton Rouge Detectives are searching for a suspect who
robbed the Piggly Wiggly on Greenwell Springs Road just before 7:30 a.m. Monday.
The
suspect is described as a black male, 5'9" to 6', approximately 170 to 180
pounds, and between 35 and 40 years old.
He was armed with a handgun and left the
store driving what appeared to be an 80's model blue Chevrolet Pickup Truck.
Anyone with any information on this robbery is urged to contact the Robbery
