SAN DIEGO, CA (FOX19) -
Pop star and Cincinnati native Nick Lachey said via Twitter that he was kicked out of Sunday's Bengals-Chargers game in San Diego.
Lachey tweeted a photo of the Chargers stadium, then about three hours later tweeted, 'Just got kicked out of the chargers stadium and couldn't be prouder! Go Cincy Bengals! #whodey.'
About three hours after that, he tweeted, 'Bengals win again. i'd talk trash to everyone in SD, but what's the point? you already had me kicked out of the stadium and you still lost.'
According to TMZ, Lachey was kicked out after security officers determined his trash talk crossed the line. TMZ is reporting that Lachey choked a Chargers fan and called the fan's wife an expletive. The gossip site also posted video of the altercation.
"i simply don't appreciate someone turning around and putting their finger in my face. call me crazy, but that deserved a reaction," Lachey tweeted on Monday.
TMZ reports that the Chargers fan is planning to file a police report.
