SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) -
Shreveport Police have identified the victim in Sunday's deadly shooting in the city's Country Club Hills neighborhood.
Police say 41-year-old Timothy Anderson was shot multiple times at a home in the 3700 block of Dilg League Dr. around 6:30 Sunday evening.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say information, along with evidence gathered at the scene, suggests that Anderson may have known his attacker and that the shooting was not a random act. Officials have yet to name a suspect, but they say they do have a person of interest whose name has not been released.
As the investigation continues, police are urging anyone with information about this crime to contact Shreveport-Caddo Crimes Stoppers at (318) 673-7373.
