Port Allen police searching for armed robber

PORT ALLEN, LA (WAFB) -

The Port Allen Police Department is asking for assistance in to find a man who robbed a Pic-A-Pac on November 16, 2012 just after 8:30 p.m.

Port Allen Police say a black male went into the restaurant, pulled out a handgun and demanded Video Poker money. Once he had cash in hand, he left the restaurant.

The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5;10", last seen wearing a blue flannel jacket with a hood and gloves.

Investigators are asking for any information that leads to the identification and arrest of the suspect.  Anyone having any information is asked to contact the Port Allen Police Department's Criminal Investigation Division at (225) 343-5525.
