BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -
Baton Rouge Police are searching for a man they say robbed an Exxon gas station at knife point early Thursday morning.
The suspect walked into the store on Plank Road at Evangeline Street and demanded money from the cashier, according to Cpl. L'Jean Mckneely. He fled with an unknown amount of cash.
The man is believed to be in his early 30s and is described as 6'0 tall with a thin build and brown hair. He was wearing a gray hoodie and dark pants.
Anyone with information is asked to call BRPD's Armed Robbery Division at 389-3845 or Crime Stoppers at 344-STOP (7867).
