Person shot while standing in Avondale home window

AVONDALE, OH (FOX19) -

An shooting at an Avondale home leaves one injured Sunday morning.

Police say around 10:30 a.m. multiple gunshots were fired from the street into a home at 542 Maple Avenue. After firing the shots, the suspect or suspects fled in a car.

A resident of the home was hit in the stomach while looking out the window. The victim was transported to University Hospital. The injuries are listed as non-life threatening.
