HYDE PARK, OH (FOX19) -
The flasher that's been targeting joggers in east side neighborhoods strikes again.
A runner in Hyde Park reported she was flashed by a man around 6:30 Tuesday morning at the intersection of Erie Avenue and Raymar Drive.
He's described as a black male in his late 20's to early 30's, medium build and he usually wears something on his head.
Police are in the area, searching for the man.
