A 23-year-old man was arrested Saturday after a traffic stop.
According to reports, Asanti Wilson was pulled over on Milton Rd. As the deputy approached Wilson's car, the deputy reported smelling marijuana coming from the driver's side window.
Deputies say they found a scale and baggies in the car. A police dog led investigators to 65 grams of crack near Wilson's car.
Deputies say while K9 Titan was searching around the car, Wilson fled on foot with deputies in pursuit. After several warnings by deputies to Wilson, Titan was released and apprehended Wilson.
Investigators also found $1,300 in cash on Wilson.
Wilson has been charged with attempting to harm a police dog, possession with intent to distribute schedule II CDS, battery on a police officer, resisting arrest by flight, resisting arrest by force, driving without a license and not having proper equipment required on a vehicle.
