A Cincinnati man has been indicted in a Westwood double shooting.
Back on November 1, officers say Ryan Collier attempted to rob Jeffrey Luttrell and Joseph Payne while they were sitting in a car in the 2200 block of Harrison Avenue.
According to court documents, Collier shot both men. Payne was wounded but Luttrell, who was 46, died.
Monday morning in Hamilton County Court, Collier, who is 22, was indicted on aggravated murder, murder, attempted murder, robbery and two felonious assault charges.
The Twin Rectangular Jet model, installed on the Nozzle Acoustic Test Rig in the Aeroacoustic Propulsion Laboratory at NASA's Glenn Research Center, is being tested to determine the acoustic impact of engine configurations on low sonic boom aircraft for the High Speed Project of the Fundamental Aeronautics Program. The High Speed Project is a multi-center effort to develop and test the technologies of a new generation of aircraft that can fly at supersonic speeds.More >>
