A husband and wife were sentenced to eight years in prison on Thursday for engaging in sex offenses with a minor, according to police.
Benjamin and Leah Rodgers were also classified as Tier III sex offenders during a sentencing hearing in Warren County. Authorities say the couple engaged in sexual conduct with a minor from Jan. 15 through July 10 and videotaped the minor engaging in sexual activity on numerous occasions.
A Warren County grand jury returned the 14-count indictment against the married couple in July. They each pled guilty to eight counts pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor and six counts of sexual battery in October. Authorities say the couple was acquainted with the juvenile who was the victim in all of the charges.
