Crawfish and Spinach Bread - Chris' Specialty Meats

2 table. minced garlic

3# cream cheese

2 cups shredded cheddar

1 cup chopped green onion

1 cup chopped parsley

10.5 oz. goat cheese

1 tea. black pepper

1 Table. salt

1 tea. red pepper

 

Blend together - spread on french bread

 

Topping

4 table. butter

2 cups bell pepper

3 cups yellow onion

1 cup celery

3# spinach

5# crawfish

1 qt heavy whipping cream

1 1/2 table salt

1 1/2 tea red pepper

1 1/2 tea black pepper

Add Roux to thickness

 

Cook down put on top of spread and bake in oven 350 deg. Uncovered for 20 minutes
