Sheba Basabose is being held in the Butler County Jail by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). She was booked on Oct. 31.
Basabose has been indicted on two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide and one count each of aggravated vehicular assault and vehicular assault.
