Elderly women charged with 196 counts of money laundering

The head of the CIA, General David Petraeus, has resigned due to an extramarital affair.  In a letter to President Obama, Petraeus said he had used "extremely poor judgement."  Watch 9News at 5 for more on this developing story.

Two elderly women are accused of stealing over $65,000 via a non-profit organization that was supposed to help enhance the town of Clinton. WAFB's Jim Shannon will have more tonight on 9News at 6.
