Thomas Massie (R) is the projected winner against Bill Adkins (D) in the election for U.S. Congress- 4th District in Kentucky, according to the Associated Press.
With seven of 20 counties reporting, Massie had a 61 percent to 36 percent lead. Independent David Lewis had three percent of the votes.
Massie is replacing former Congressman Geoff Davis, who is retiring. He will finish Davis' term, and then begin the new term.
