Rosemary, Sage, and Apple Stuffing


  • 2 baguettes Broken Into Cubes
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 Onions Chopped
  • 2 cups diced celery
  • 2 apples peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary leaves
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • ½ Tablespoon Sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup sliced blanched almonds, toasted, optional

Toast Bread In A 325 Degree Oven After Broken Into Cubes

Saute in the butter all ingredients except the stock and almonds Until Apples and Onion our Soft

Then mix in with bread crumbs, broth, and almonds … place into a butter dish and bake at 355 until warm and toasty on top.
