Tip: Use your favorite cupcake and icing for these cute little turkey cupcakes. Place the malted milk ball "head" into the center of an un-cut Fudgestripe cookie to hold it in place while decorating.
1/2 Keebler Fudgestripe Cookie (cut it in half so the stripes go up) 6 candy corns 1 malted milk ball 1/2-inch length of red whip licorice 1 pair candy eyes (or white decorator icing) A small amount of icing for glue
Insert 1/2 of a Keebler Fudgestripe Cookie into a frosted cupcake.
Insert 5 candy corns in front of the cookie to create tail feathers.
Use a malted milk ball to create the head.
Use a small amount of icing to adhere the tip of a candy corn onto the head for a beak.
Adhere 2 candy eyes with icing, or use white icing to create the eyes.
Press the malted milk ball toward to front of the cupcake.
Insert a small piece of red licorice whip for the wattle.
Crispy Chocolate Hazelnut Turkey Pops Makes 24 pops
In a large (8 cup) microwave safe bowl, heat butter, marshmallows and chocolate hazelnut spread for 3 minutes, stirring halfway through. Stir until well blended. Add cereal. Stir until well coated.
Use a 1/4 cup measure to shape mixture into 24 portions. Spray hands with cooking spray and shape each into a ball. Insert lollipop stick into each. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Chill 10 minutes.
In microwave-safe bowl combine chocolate chips and oil. Microwave on high for 1-1/2 minutes. Stir until smooth.
Dip each ball into chocolate. Return to wax-paper-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for 5 to 10 minutes more or until chocolate is almost set.
Insert 3 candy corn for tail feathers . Cut the white tip off another candy corn; press into chocolate for the beak. Press in candy eyes, or pipe them on with white decorator icing. Let stand until firm.
Some layered cocktails require careful pouring of the ingredients down the back of a spoon. This one seems to hold up without using a spoon, but do pour slowly to achieve the layers. All ingredients should be well chilled. Cheers!
