A Zachary man died Monday afternoon during a crash in East Feliciana Parish.
State Police say Gerald Hussey, 57, was driving on LA 19 when he suffered an undisclosed fatal medical condition.
Witnesses say Hussey didn't take any evasive action as his pickup drifted across the oncoming lane before running off the road.
Hussey was pronounced dead at the scene.
An initial examination at the scene did not reveal any injuries as a result of the crash.
Troopers do not suspect impairment to be a factor in the crash.
