Two-vehicle crash leaves one man dead

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

An early morning crash in Ascension Parish left one Baton Rouge man dead.

Twenty-six-year-old Joshua Babin was found dead on the scene of the two-vehicle crash on Highway 30, south of LA-3115.

Troopers say he was wearing his seatbelt at the time of the accident. The driver of the other vehicle was not wearing a seatbelt and was transported to a hospital with moderate injuries.

Troopers believe alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
