BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - A day after pleading not guilty to federal charges of calling in a bomb threat to LSU the suspect in the case entered that same plea in district court.
William Bouvay Jr., 42, of Baton Rouge was arraigned in Judge Lou Daniel's courtroom Thursday morning.
He was also appointed a public defender during the hearing.
Bouvay is charged with communicating false information of a planned bombing on school property.
His federal trial is set for December.
He is being housed in the West Baton Rouge Parish Prison.
