Did you know the Old State Capitol has a ghost? She is a video ghost that tells the story of the building during the Civil War.
Just in time for Halloween, the TV show ‘Ghost Hunters' is investigating our castle by the river for real ghosts. The SyFy network calls it Paranormal Politics. The staff at the Louisiana Old State Capital building gave WAFB a preview of what they found.
"I never seen anything, but I have heard and have had things happen to me, you know, that I couldn't really explain. There's something going on here. As far as being haunted, I wouldn't say that. But there is something going on that I can't explain," said Carl Smith, Old State Capitol Maintenance worker.
The Baton Rouge Ghost Hunter's episode airs Wednesday night at 8 p.m. on the SyFy Channel.
