BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -
The Lafayette Sheriff's Office needs residents in the Baton Rouge area to be on the lookout for a teen who has been missing since April 30, 2012.
Keiosha Felix, a 15-year-old girl from Duson, LA has been missing since April 30, 2012 and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) is asking for the public's help in locating her.
The Sheriff's Office says many of the investigative leads and tips received in this case are indicating a connection to the Baton Rouge area. They have no specific area or any address but they have had an increase in the number of tips.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation is offering a $5,000 reward for information which leads to the safe return of Keiosha.
Three people have been arrested in connection to Keisoha's disappearance. According to KLFY-TV in Lafayette, the Duson Police Department took Patricia Andrus, 40, and Portia Felix, 20, into custody. The two women are the missing girl's aunt and cousin, respectively.
Portia Felix is charged with obstruction of justice. She was released on a $500 bond.
The public is urged to call 1-800-THE-LOST (1-800-843-5678) with any information they have concerning the disappearance of Keiosha. Calls are kept confidential and may be made anonymously.
