BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -
Authorities say a man thought he was communicating with teen girls on
the internet, but it was actually detectives with a special unit. That man is now behind bars.
The East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office said members with the Internet
Crimes Against Children unit arrested Shawn Orillion, 45, of Denham Springs.
He was charged with indecent behavior with a juvenile and
computer-aided solicitation of a minor.
Orillion is accused of sending sexually explicit messages and video of
himself in August and September to what he thought was a 13-year-old girl
living in East Baton Rouge Parish.
Investigators said he also sent sexually explicit messages and video of
himself through the internet.
An agent identified him based on the video.
Authorities said he arranged to meet with the girl, but didn't show up.
Orillion was arrested Monday as a fugitive from EBRSO. Detectives said his
home was searched and child porn was found.
The Office of the Louisiana Attorney General added a charge of pornography
involving juveniles.
He was booked into the Livingston Parish Detention Center, but will be
transferred to the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison.
The EBRSO Internet Crimes Against Children Unit, AG's Office and Livingston
Parish Sheriff's Office investigated the case.
